Quote requests may include your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, treatment interest, timing, budget range and notes you choose to provide.
Provider sharing
When you check the consent box on a quote request, your information may be shared with up to three matching dental providers so they can respond. Do not submit sensitive information you do not want shared for this purpose.
Provider applications
If you apply as a dental provider or practice, we may collect business contact information, practice location, services offered, credentials you choose to provide and partnership preferences. We use that information to evaluate potential matching relationships, contact the practice and administer provider relationships.
How we use information
We use submitted information to process quote requests, route inquiries, respond to support or privacy requests, prevent abuse and improve the service.
Analytics and cookies
The site may use basic analytics or referral parameters to understand traffic and conversions. If third-party analytics are added, this policy should be updated to identify them.
Retention and deletion
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the matching, operational and legal purposes for which it was collected. You may request deletion through the contact page, subject to legal retention obligations.
Medical information
This site is not a healthcare provider or patient portal. Avoid submitting detailed medical records through general text fields unless a provider specifically requests them through a secure channel.
